I-9 employment verification
Federal Form I-9 Section 2 verification for remote employees, performed as authorized representative for the employer. Backed by 20+ years of HR and People Operations leadership. Per-verification at $75 or HR volume agreements from $60.
Estate Planning
Estate planning notarization
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and HIPAA authorizations — handled with the patience these documents require. Witness coordination available. Standard packages $225–$275.
General Notary
General notarization
Single documents, affidavits, contracts, sworn statements, certified copies, and bills of sale. Mobile service throughout the DFW Metroplex. Base mobile fee $55 plus $10 per Texas notarial act, plus mileage beyond the primary service area.
Remote Online Notary
Remote Online Notary (RON)
Texas-authorized Remote Online Notary services for documents eligible for remote notarization. Audio-visual session with credential analysis and identity verification. Available statewide and to signers in any state where RON is recognized.
Apostille Services
Apostille handling
Notarization plus coordinated apostille processing through the Texas Secretary of State. Common for international adoption, foreign business registration, dual citizenship, and overseas property transactions. Expedited handling available.
Specialty Services
Specialty signings
Hospital and bedside notarization, hospice and senior living facilities, correctional facilities, and other settings requiring discretion and patience. Each engagement quoted individually based on location and time.
What to Expect
A consistent process across every service.
Whether the appointment is a refinance signing in Plano or a hospital bedside notarization in Mesquite, the process follows the same pattern. The service confirms in writing what’s being done, what it costs, and when it will happen. The notary arrives prepared, on time, and dressed appropriately for the setting. Identity is verified, documents are reviewed, signatures are witnessed, the notarial certificate is completed, and the journal entry is logged. The signer leaves with their copies; the originals go where they need to go.
