Remote Online Notary (RON)
Legally valid notarization via secure video. No travel required, available statewide and nationally. Eligibility limited per Texas law (wills, codicils, and certain real estate documents excluded). $35 base = $10 statutory + $25 RON fee, plus $1 per additional signature.

Apostille Consultation
Initial consultation for documents going abroad. We confirm apostille eligibility, identify SOS routing, address Hague vs. non-Hague country requirements, and provide a written quote. The actual apostille work happens after the consultation — typically 5-15 business days through Texas SOS.

Loan signings are coordinated through a B2B intake — company info, file specifics, signing service used. Borrowers should book through their title company; the title company books with us directly.
Urgent & Time-Sensitive
Hospital, hospice, deadline.
For genuinely urgent situations — bedside, end-of-life, or a deadline that can’t wait — call directly. Same-day appointments under 4 hours notice can’t be scheduled through the booking page; the phone is faster.
