Fees & Pricing
Published pricing, in writing, no surprises.
Most mobile notary practices hide pricing or require a phone call before disclosing rates. This one publishes everything openly. Service rates, premiums for unusual settings or timing, mileage beyond the primary service area, and the cancellation policy — all listed below. Quotes provided in writing before booking, and the price you see is the price you pay.

+$50 same-day rush (signing scheduled with under 4 hours notice)
Outside standard windows (after 9 PM weekdays, after 6 PM Saturdays, any Sunday, or pre-dawn): standard timing premiums apply in addition to the flat signing rate. See General Notary card above for the timing premium structure.
RON loan signings priced at $225 flat regardless of platform routing.

Remote Online Notary (RON)
$35 per act / $225 RON loan signings
Texas-statutory maximum of $35 per online notarial act ($10 standard notarial fee plus $25 RON additional fee under Tex. Gov’t Code §406.108). RON loan signings priced at the same $225 flat as in-person direct title signings. Available statewide and to signers in any state where RON is recognized.
Notes
No mileage charges (sessions conducted via video). No after-hours premium for RON — appointments scheduled within available calendar windows. Platform fees absorbed in the published rate. Premium pricing reflects statutory RON fee ceiling under Texas law.
Travel & Mileage
Garland-based, mobile across DFW.
Primary service area: within 15 miles of Garland 75040. No mileage surcharge — included in the published service rates above. Covers most of the eastern DFW corridor including Garland, Richardson, Mesquite, Rowlett, Sachse, Wylie, Plano, and parts of Rockwall and far East Dallas.
Standard DFW coverage: the full 12-county DFW MSA. Mileage applies at $2 per mile beyond the 15-mile primary service area, calculated round-trip from Garland 75040.
Beyond DFW: available by arrangement. Pricing quoted individually based on distance, document complexity, and timing. RON service is statewide and to signers in any state where Texas RON is recognized — no travel involved.
Mileage is calculated from 75040 to the appointment address using standard navigation routing, rounded to the nearest mile.
Cancellation & Trip Fees
When the appointment can’t proceed.
No charge when the appointment can’t proceed because the signer lacks the capacity for valid notarization (medication effects, cognitive decline, fatigue). Texas notarial law doesn’t permit the notarization regardless, and this isn’t anyone’s fault.
Standard mobile fee applies in other situations: signer unwilling to sign, identification missing or invalid, or appointment canceled less than 4 hours in advance. The trip already happened or is already underway, and the person booking the appointment is in the best position to confirm signer intent and identification beforehand.
All cancellation specifics confirmed in writing before booking. Full cancellation policy with situation-specific detail is available on the standalone Cancellation Policy page.
Pro Bono Service
When the fee would be a barrier.
Pro bono notarial work is available for individuals and families facing demonstrated financial hardship where the notary fee would be a meaningful barrier — for example, people in domestic violence situations, in homeless or transitional housing, or otherwise navigating circumstances where a $65 to $275 fee would actually prevent the document from getting handled.
The eligibility conversation is straightforward. Describe the situation, and the waiver applies when the situation supports it. No income verification, no formal documentation, no paperwork.
Excluded: loan signings and commercial work, where another party (a title company, an employer, a business) bears the cost regardless of the signer’s circumstances.
Payment & Billing
Standard payment options.
Individual clients: payment at the appointment via credit card, ACH, or supported digital methods. Cash also accepted. No payment processing fees passed through.
Business clients: Net-30 invoicing standard for established B2B relationships (title companies, law firms, HR teams, healthcare facilities, real estate brokerages). Monthly consolidated invoices for high-volume relationships, per-engagement invoicing for one-offs. ACH or check accepted; credit card available with standard processing fees.
Quotes in writing: every appointment quoted in writing before booking — service rate, applicable premiums, mileage if any, total. The price you see is the price you pay. No upcharges at the appointment, no “convenience fees” added at invoicing.
